Friends and family are at times of great help but don’t have the skills that a trained Psychologist has in order to provide those specific answers and solutions to many of your difficulties.

Trust: A safe, confidential and non judgmental space to express your thoughts and feelings freely. It's important to feel comfortable enough to be able to talk about your troubles and feel relief.
Value: I take time to prepare our sessions and reflect on your issues so to understand and help you improve in therapy. Before every session I research the topics we discuss so I can offer you the best help possible. It's tailored to suit your needs.
